Our Delivery Services
Spring Closing
Our office will be closed for the week from 29th April to 7th May whilst we work on updating our website and we will not be able to offer a shipment service during this period. We will be processing any returns as usual.
Please note that for any orders received after 10am on 28th April, our next order shipment date for In Stock items will be on 8th May, for next day delivery to UK addresses on 9th May.

Delivery costs
Orders to UK destinations are shipped with next day delivery and are free. We charge £25 for express delivery on orders to destinations in Europe, the USA and Canada and £35 for orders to other destinations.
Tracked shipment
Upon shipment, we will send you a confirmation email with details of the shipment's tracking code and how to track the progress of your order.
Receiving Your Delivery
In order to ensure that your goods arrive on time and safely, we only use our approved services Royal Mail Special Delivery and FedEx International Priority. This means that your shipment will need to be signed for on delivery. Please ensure that the delivery address you give us is accurate and that there is somebody to sign for and take delivery of the shipment.

* Orders for delivery to the UK received before 11am on Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 11am on Monday to Thursday will be shipped the next day. Orders received after 11am on Friday, or anytime on Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped the following Monday.
** Orders for international destinations received before 10am on Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 10am on Monday to Thursday will be shipped the next day. Orders received after 10am on Friday, or Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped the following Monday.
*** For mainland UK addresses, your order will be delivered by 1pm the following working day after shipment, including on Saturday. Orders to some UK and non-mainland UK postcodes will be delivered by 5.30pm within 3 working days after shipment. Please see Shipping Destinations for further information.
Insurance
We fully insure each purchase during the time that it is being shipped until it is delivered to you. After you have signed to accept the delivery of any goods from our approved carrier, ownership for your purchased goods passes to you and we will not be liable for their loss or damage.
Delivery to PO Boxes
Please note that orders may not be able to be delivered to PO Box or similar addresses and goods comprised within the same order cannot be delivered to different addresses.
