Orders to British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses in the UK and internationally are shipped free of charge by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Changes to International Mail Clearance
Please note that with effect from 1 January 2021, parcels posted to/from BFPO customers located in EU/UK will require either a Royal Mail Customs Notification 22 (CN22) or Customs Notification 23 (CN23) and additionally certain Electronic Customs Data (ECD).
Refund of VAT to BFPO addresses in the UK
We are sorry, but we are unable to refund VAT on any orders being shipped to BFPO addresses within the UK.
Refund of VAT to BFPO addresses outside the UK
We are currently unable to remove VAT charged at checkout for any orders being shipped to BFPO addresses outside the UK, but can arrange to refund this to you.
