Shipping Destinations

To the UK
All orders delivered to addresses within the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, are shipped for guaranteed Next Day Delivery by Royal Mail Special Delivery, including on Saturday. This service is free of charge for all UK orders.

To European Destinations
For delivery to all addresses within  Europe, including Albania, Andorra, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Belarus, Croatia, Gibraltar, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Monaco, Moldova, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland, Turkey and Vatican City State, a £25 delivery charge will be added to your order. This does not include any VAT or Duty payable on import.

We are currently not able to ship our jewellery to Ukraine due to the current sutuation and suspension of FedEx services.

All orders to European destinations are delivered using the FedEx International Priority service and may typically take up to 1-2 working days for delivery, depending on the destination and local customs procedures.

To USA and Canada
For delivery to addresses within the United States of America and Canada, a £25 delivery charge will be added to your order. This does not include any VAT or Duty payable on import.

All orders to USA & Canada are delivered using the FedEx International Priority service and may typically take up to 2-3 working days for delivery, depending on the destination and local customs procedures.

To Other Destinations
For delivery to all other international addresses, a £35 delivery charge will be added to your order. This does not include any VAT or Duty payable on import.

All orders to other international destinations are delivered using the FedEx International Priority service and may typically take up to 3-5 working days for delivery, depending on the destination and local customs procedures.

* Orders for delivery to the UK received before 11am on Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 11am on Monday to Thursday will be shipped the next day. Orders received after 11am on Friday, or anytime on Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped the following Monday.

** Orders for international destinations received before 10am on Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 10am on Monday to Thursday will be shipped the next day. Orders received after 10am on Friday, or Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped the following Monday.

*** For mainland UK addresses, your order will be delivered by 1pm the following working day after shipment. Orders to some non-mainland UK postcodes will be delivered by 5.30pm within 3 working days after shipment. Please see the table below for further information.
