How To Cancel An Order

Checking the Status of Your Order
To confirm the status of your order, please login to check your customer account if you have registered an account with us or email us at [email protected].

Stock Availability
We do our best to keep stock availability information fully up to date on the website and will inform you as soon as we know if there may be a delay with your order.

Cancelling an Order
You may cancel your contract with us at any time up to the end of 30 days from the date that you receive the ordered jewellery. If you have a query regarding your jewellery, or would like to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team.

Please note that some orders cannot be cancelled and those that can are subject to certain time limitations and conditions, as set out in our Terms and Conditions.
