Refunds & Exchanges
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit or debit card as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of when you cancelled your order.
If you would like to exchange your purchase for alternative items at Winterson, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the goods at email@example.com or alternatively you can call us on +44 (0) 207 183 2245.
Exchanged goods can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received by us and have undergone a quality control check.
All our goods are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to you. Should you receive goods that are not in perfect condition please contact us immediately. We will provide you with a RA Number to include with the returned package.
If after inspecting your jewellery, we are satisfied that it is defective in materials or workmanship, we will repair the product at our expense and return it to you free of charge. We will notify you by email when you can expect the items to be shipped back to you. Nothing in this section affects your legal rights.
