How to Return An Item
To return an item to us, please send an email to email@example.com to obtain your Return Authorisation (RA) number.
For Customers in the UK
Once you have received your RA number, please place the goods in their original packaging and ensure the outer box is completely sealed.
In order to use our free delivery service for returned goods, please fasten both the Royal Mail Special Delivery and Returns Address labels provided with your order to the front of the parcel. You should take your goods to a Post Office for return by Royal Mail Special Delivery within 7 days of receiving the RA number from us.
Please obtain a receipt from the Post Office and save your proof of posting and tracking information until your refund has been processed.
For Customers outside the UK
Once you have received your RA number, please place the goods in their original packaging and ensure the outer box is completely sealed. Please fasten the Returns Address label provided with your order to the front of the parcel.
You will be responsible for any costs incurred returning your goods to us. Please ensure that your returned goods are shipped to us using FedEx, our approved courier, within 7 days of receiving the RA number from us. We would be happy to help you organise the return shipment.
To facilitate reimportation to the UK, please write clearly on the FedEx paperwork that the goods are being returned to Winterson Limited, 9th Floor, Nova South, 160 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 5LB, United Kingdom and that our VAT number is GB 992180500.
Customs duties and sales taxes for sales outside the UK are not refundable by Winterson. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office directly.
Please save your proof of shipment and tracking information with FedEx until your refund has been processed.
Arranging a Refund or Exchange
When the goods have been returned and safely received by Winterson, we will notify you by email to arrange a Refund or Exchange.
Please Also Note
We request that all goods being returned are shipped back to us within 7 days of us issuing an RA number to you.
We shall be entitled to ask you for confirmation of the date you returned the goods to us. In the event of failure to return any goods to us within the time limits stated, even though validly cancelled, we reserve the right to charge any costs for recovery of the goods by us.
All returns for any particular order must be returned in one shipment. Any subsequent returns from the same order may incur additional shipping charges to you. Please note that, unless shipment of the goods is arranged using our approved courier services as set out above, all goods returned to us are at your own risk until we receive them.
