Description
These Tahitian pearl earrings are a modern take on the classic drop pearl earring.
The design of the earrings allows the pearls to swing from side to side at the end of a sterling silver chain, which has a total drop length of 7cm. The pearls have a very good lustre, which shines and reflects the light as the pearls move.
The pearls that we have selected for these earrings are 9.5-10mm diameter in size and have a baroque shape, which means that they have a noticeably irregular appearance. This shape is quite normal, particularly with Tahitian pearls, and adds to the charm and individuality of each pearl. There may be some minor imperfections and characterful circles present on the surface of the pearl.
The grey body colour of the pearls is quite natural, without having been treated for colour, and has a beautiful light green and pink overtone.
