This timeless necklace is made with white South Sea cultured pearls, which have been hand selected by Winterson for their quality.
The white colour of these South Sea pearls is natural, being produced by the saltwater silver-lipped Pinctada maxima oyster. The cool silvery hues of these rare pearls are highly prized and have been carefully matched throughout the necklace. The necklace is a standard length of 45cm and is made with 37 round pearls that measure between 10 and 12mm in diameter, creating a subtle graduation to the front of the necklace.
We select our pearls from the highest quality harvests and the pearls for this necklace have an excellent soft, silky lustre, with only minor irregularities being visible on their surface. The necklace is knotted by hand with silk and completed with a sparkling pave diamond and 18 carat white gold ball clasp, that is set with 108 diamonds totalling 3.38 carats.
Elegant fine jewellery for the daytime or the evening, the necklace is highly versatile for whatever the occasion. The pave diamond clasp can also be worn to the side as a feature.
