Extended Christmas Returns
Please note that, for purchases made on or before 8th December 2024, our returns period over Christmas is extended until 8th January 2025 for you to return or exchange a piece of jewellery with us.

For purchases made on or after 9th December 2024, we offer a 30 day Returns period from the date of receipt of your order so that you can return the jewellery to us for any reason.

We very much hope that you will love the jewellery that you have purchased from Winterson. It is very important to us that you feel entirely satisfied with your purchase and that you are happy with your shopping experience at Winterson.

If for any reason you are disappointed with your purchase, or it is not suitable for you to wear, you can simply return your jewellery to us within 30 days of receipt of delivery by following the Return Instructions here.

This returns service is free to use for customers within the UK.

We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
